'The Unit was directly across the road from the Maroochydore Surf club and had it's own private deck above it. The bedrooms were spacious with an ensuite and separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. The kitchen had everything in it and the lounge and dining areas were roomy. There was also an outside private balcony with views of the surf and a swimming pool. There was private car parking under the units. Everything is within walking distance and the unit was a perfect place for the family to enjoy...

'We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...

'Hidden away but easy entry once we found it / excellent host communication. Staged very nicely but all outshone by the incredible view! Decadent robes and lovely bed and quilt. Tasty chocolates and coffee. '

'It’s a good little spot with convenient access to the beach. It is small so take that into consideration, however as it was just myself and my small dog it was perfect. The ability to walk to the beach each morning and afternoon was wonderful. I also appreciated to easy access to a range of food options. '
