'Excellent'

'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'We stayed at this hotel for one night while we attended a concert at Santander Arena. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hallways and rooms had a strong pet odor and recreational smoke smell. Every floor smelled that way, so there was no use in asking for another room. Part of rooms had been refreshed and were fairly clean, but the carpets were stained and needed to be replaced in both the hallways and the rooms. Based on our observations while we were there, this seemed like a hotel...

'The hotel was clean, very inviting. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Nice rooms! We booked 4 of them for a graduation. Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay again when in the area.'

'Where were you stayed in room 107 and the neighbors were noisy as hell wake up two or three times in a night slam of their doors don’t care about anybody else and we use a waffle machine in the morning. There’s no instruction how to use it and your air conditioner Heat system didn’t tell you that it was on the wall. The thermostat the breakfast could be better. there’s no donuts something like that order down the orange juice which I got sick on and there’s l little dark spots on the carpet,...

'Staff was awesome and the hotel looked great. Only thing I didn’t like was the bed and pillows. Pillows felt like I wasn’t sleeping on a pillow lol and the bed wasn’t to comfortable but the everything else was great'

'It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.'
