Please be advised that our check-out time is 10:00 am, and we kindly ask all guests to adhere to this schedule. A late check-out fee equivalent to half a day's room rate will be applied for check-outs between 10:00 am and 11:59am. Late check-outs after 12:00 pm are not permitted. Your cooperation is highly valued in ensuring a smooth and punctual departure for all guests from our property.

- Lost Key or Access Assistance
Please put in request if you need more than one set of key when make reservation.
Always ensure to take your key when leaving the apartment. A lockout fee of $100 will be incurred if we need to arrange access . Losing the key will result in a charge of $300. Please be mindful of these conditions.

- Baggage Storage
Regrettably, we do not offer baggage storage services before check-in or after check-out hours. Kindly make arrangements for your own baggage storage if necessary. We appreciate your understanding.
