Guests have full access to the entire studio apartment, including the private balcony. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the building's comprehensive amenities, such as the pool, spa, sauna, and gym, to enhance your stay and provide a truly relaxing experience. No parking available inside the building.

There is no parking inside the building, so for those driving, economical parking options are available at Bruce Bishop Car Park, located just a 3-minute walk from our entrance, at $16 per day OR park at 29 Markwell Avenue at paid parking with unrestricted height.



For guests looking to venture further afield, our studio is ideally situated close to tram and bus stations, making it an excellent gateway for exploring the wider Gold Coast.
