Step outside onto the spacious private balcony and enjoy fresh sea breezes and open ocean views – ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away, giving you easy access to the sand while still enjoying a quieter elevated position.



The modern bathroom is finished in marble and features a large walk-in shower with accessible seating, vanity, toilet.

NOTE:

The building air conditioning system has recently been restored following maintenance works. If the system does not activate immediately, please complete the following reset process:



1. Locate your unit’s electrical isolator/switchboard.

2. Turn the A/C isolator switch OFF.

3. Leave the power OFF for approximately 30 seconds.
