This is a privately owned residential apartment within the Meriton Ocean building (not the hotel side). Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay.

A starter supply of kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials is provided upon arrival, along with fresh linen and towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guests must follow all building rules and are not permitted in restricted or private areas.

The entire residence is yours to enjoy privately - NOT shared.

Guests enjoy full access to Meriton's resort-style amenities including:

To operate the Washing machine and dryer, you will see a light switch on the right side of the wall inside the laundry cupboard/room, Ensure this switch is turned on to operate both.

Coastal & Building Environment
As the apartment is located in a high-rise near the ocean, occasional wind noise or daytime construction from nearby buildings may occur. This is part of the coastal environment and outside our control.

Cleaning on Arrival
If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please contact us within 6 hours of check-in. We will arrange for our cleaners to return as soon as possible. If a solution is offered but declined, refunds cannot be provided.

Cleaning, Linen & Supplies
The cleaning fee covers standard end-of-stay cleaning only. Additional linens, cleaning services, or extra consumables may incur additional charges.
