Check-in is a breeze with our self-check-in and check-out process. Keys can be easily collected from a nearby Keynest location, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.

Management & Services

This apartment is managed independently by Mojo Stays and is not affiliated with the onsite building management.

Housekeeping services, such as towel refreshes, are not provided during your stay but can be arranged for an additional fee.

We do not control the building's shared facilities (pool, gym, sauna). Maintenance and closures may occur without notice. Similarly, any disruptions to Wi-Fi services are outside of our control.



Check-in & Check-out

Same-Day Bookings: Please complete the ID verification and damage deposit security steps immediately after booking to ensure you receive your key code in time.

Early Check-in: Standard check-in is at 3 PM. We will notify you if the apartment is ready earlier. We cannot guarantee early arrivals, so please consider booking the previous night if you require access before 3 PM.

Late Check-out: A late check-out may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us by 8 PM the night before your departure to inquire. An additional fee will apply for check-outs after 11 AM.



Supplies & Amenities

Starter Supplies: We provide complimentary starter supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper, tea, coffee pods, sugar, milk) to help you settle in. These are not intended to last your entire stay.

For Families: A portacot and high chair are available upon request. For safety and hygiene, we do not provide linens or a mattress for the portacot, so we recommend bringing your own.



Property Sensor & Disclosures

A sensor in the living area monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion. It is NOT a camera or recording device and does not record audio. This helps us ensure the no-party rule is respected.
