To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbouring residents, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

• Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am

• Primary guest must be at least 24 years old

• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• Pets are strictly not permitted

• No smoking or vaping at the property

• If you require access before midday, we recommend booking the previous evening to guarantee an early arrival

• Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided prior to your stay



◆ Payment Schedule

For bookings outside of Airbnb:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking

• Third-party bookings are subject to the payment terms of the relevant platform

• Tide is located in a premium beachfront position in North Burleigh

• The garage has low clearance and some larger vehicles may not fit

• Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbouring residents and maintain appropriate noise levels

• Minor aesthetic variations may occur due to routine maintenance or updates
