'The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. In addition, the listing says "Parking on site" but the only parking was the street. We did not stay and found...

'We had an excellent stay at this home. It was beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the fire bit which would have been fun. A great home to spend Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. '

'Visiting family in the area. Five adults and an infant stayed in the property for four nights. We also had a small dog. Quiet residential area, spacious rooms, big kitchen, and fenced yard. Ownership was terrific. Lots of communication and willingness to answer questions before we arrived. Great stay. Appreciate you! Thanks'

I probably would give 4.5 stars only because I couldn't figure out how to get the front walk lamp to light, and neither could the host. But overall, everything was great. I would rent this place again.'

'Sarah was extremely responsive and accommodating during my friend’s and I’s stay. She never overstepped our boundaries and gave us our space to do our activities. Upon entrance, the house was found in pristine and extra clean conditions. Truly one of the easiest experiences I had with any Vrbo host! Highly recommend!!'
