'The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. '

'We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. 'Great location with restaurants nearby. Resort fee seemed high but didn't seem to include anything. Overall clean and good location. '

'WiFi was terrible. We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive any room service bed not made, no trash removal or fresh towels. We expect a higher of service from a Westin Cable tv had issues with freezing and delays. '

'Top verblijf, lekker rustig. Hotelkamer was nieuw met fantastisch uitzicht op de moerassen. Het eiland zelf heeft een heel ontspannen sfeer, wij waren 1 nacht op doorreis maar 2 nachten is geen overbodige luxe. '

'Our week stay was great! The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is really good (they should add scrabbled eggs/bacon and it would be perfect). The pool is so nice and very clean!'
