'This is one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice.The living room/kitchen area is amazingly spacious. We were five adults and two children and the bedroom situation was perfect. Plenty of kitchen wares and bathroom towels.The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun.I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Santa Barbara area.'

'Excellent, cozy little home. It was perfect for our family of four for a couple nights. The backyard is a wonderful little retreat and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen are all nicely appointed. The noise from the street was a bit of an issue (we were there in a Saturday night so lots of people out partying) but nothing too disturbing. Would recommend bringing some extension cords as outlets are mostly in subfloor and difficult to access for most things. '

I texted him that our coffee machine had a glitch and he went and bought a new one for us. Despite the fact that we had other coffee options such as French press and pour over. Very sweet person.
