'The property was beautiful. Access to all resorts was such a perk. Restaurants were fantastic. But most of all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Ray was our butler and we will be requesting him on return. He took care of everything for us (dinners, spa, entertainment, general questions). The use of the WhatsApp was so convenient and Ray responded almost immediately. Other staff that made our trip wonderful was Felix at the front, Nancy in bld 55, and of course Rafael the pool bartender...
