'Es un hotel ideal para la familia. Su personal se destaca, en su gran mayoría, porque poseen vocación de servicio. Tienen varios personal que ofrecen un servicio memorable, sobretodo en el área de restaurante y algunos bares. El Sr. Jayfri Hechel, nos brindó un excelente servicio y seguimiento. En el área principal se destacan los siguientes empleados: Los meseros Janeiry y Clayvi. Las dos jóvenes Ninoska y Aneysi que reciben los huéspedes en el restaurante.'

'The waitresses were very rude to me, for no reason. I’m a tourist and maybe it’s because I don’t Spanish. But it made me feel not welcome the way they treated me. The resort was very nice and they did their best to clean the beach. The room was nice and the cleaningladies, did a good job with cleaningservice. '

'Het eten en service zijn top en vooral Felix bij strand was super behulpzaam en de jongens van entertainment. Min punt is dat de zee veel water golvend is en beetje vies van de algen maar wel mooie witte zand en dat houd ik van. '

'Me gustó todo solo que aveces en las habitaciones sonaban las alarma de incendios y no dejaban dormir Todo el personal súper , especialmente el mayordomo Daniel me trató súper bien , para la próxima lo voy alegir de nuevo '

'Todo el resort es una maravilla, tienen un sin fin de actividades. Me hospedé en el hideaway solo para adultos, el acceso a la playa, piscina, restaurantes es fácil y rápido. Pero la atención de todo el personal fue la cereza del pastel, en especial la de Smerlin. Ella se encargó de que nos sintiéramos como reynas aquí. Gracias a todo el personal, siempre alegres y atentos! Regresamos a México con muy buen sabor de boca de Punta Cana! Por cierto el mar, zero sargazo, todo espectacular!! '
