Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. '

'This hotel needs some updating. The hallways are carpeted and smelled moldy. The curtains in the room were ripped and didn't quite close well. Upon wake up, you get the sunshine coming in despite the curtains being closed. Housekeeping forgot items in the room daily. 'Quiet property near to Opry Mills and Opryland Hotel. Not the best breakfast (no bacon or bananas). Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. They did have a few "to go" bags, but they ran out quickly. I would recommend the location.'

'The staff was top notch. Friendly and helpful. The manager (I forgot his name but he told me he was the manager) was very helpful and friendly during the check in process. Check out guy was also very nice. Breakfast was mid but still nice and warm at 6:30. Limited selection doesn’t mean bad. I would like to suggest larger coffee cups.'

'I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!'

'Our daughter didn’t know any better & locked the deadbolt while we ran to get a late dinner. When we returned, our key wouldn’t work because of the deadbolt being locked. The hotel staff lost the master key to unlock the doors which caused us to be locked out until a locksmith could come unlock our door. You’d think they would be better equipped to handle a situation like this but apparently not.'

'When we arrived to check in at 4:30 we were told the hotel was fully booked for the night and the King room we had booked wasn't available. Fortunately, we had other things to do in Nashville, so the clerk on duty, Jeremiah, agreed to let us store our bags in hopes that when we returned later a King room would be available. It was!
