'The room was clean and in good condition. We had problems with the television not working correctly. My husband had to rewire it to get it right. We had a call in to maintenance twice and they never came to assist with that. They were supposed to clean our room after the second day but they never showed. Even with us communicating with them they just couldn't get it right. We had to empty our own trash and get our own towels. We like this hotel, but it has changed in the last couple of months,...

'The breakfast was ok, eggs were not very hot and the coffee did not taste the same on the second day. I can understand not fully cleaning the room two days in a row but there shunould have been hand soap in the room and towels should have been replenished on a daily basis. We like staying at Hampton Inns when we travel but this one needs more attention to detail.'
