'Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels....

'The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful.'

I stayed here for my wife’s graduation at AA, and despite a hectic schedule from Sunday through Tuesday... going back and forth to the airport, the transportation staff and front desk were incredibly accommodating. Their support made everything so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive everyone was. One gentleman, who I believe worked in facilities, even noticed...
