'Muy buen hotel, limpio y tranquilo. Dormí ahí una noche por que era escala y al día siguiente tomaba un avión. Lo único que fue un poco tardado fue el shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel. Al día siguiente nos apoyaron y fueron por nosotros a una tienda cercana. Los empleados muy atentos. '

I had an issue with our bathroom/closet door-maintenance immediately came up and fixed it. Myesha (front desk attendant) stood out- she was friendly, helpful, & professional at all times. '

'I booked a room as a last resort due to airport delays and rainstorm. It was a late check in with 2 small children in the rain. The kind lady got me checked in with a free room upgrade. The hotel from the outside is tidy and quiet. The room was clean kept and no bugs in site. The sleep was uninterrupted and quiet. '

Hotel is surrounded by large Walmart, small shopping area with bakery, 7 eleven. Located near freeway. Only issue is the bad communication with front desk on the phone. One had a hard time to understand them at all. Additionally they are not directly able to reach by email and our emails had not passed through by the company's...
