'We had booked two rooms and for one of the rooms the air conditioner wasn't working. We asked the front desk to either change the room, fix the Ac or at least give us a fan. They didn't help with anything and said that this is not something they can help with. Just walked away from the reception. This was in Dallas Texas with an avg temp of a 100 degrees and I was with a 10 year old. Imagine the plight. I demand a refund for the room because it was unusable'

'Overall. This place is not worth it. There was an already opened toilet paper (less than half) to welcome us. Wet towels and very less good things to highlight. I was disappointed at some point.'
