'I didn’t have the best experience. First of all, we paid $250/night which is not cheap for this type of hotel, but it was during the World Cup so I can’t complain about the price. We got there at 11:30pm and we waited for 30min after a long day of flights because nobody was at the reception, we literally had no clue what to do, so we just waited. The receptionist was very kind and apologized and said she was working in more than one location at the same time, that’s why she wasn’t present when...

'Nikki at the front desk was helpful. When I get my refund for the stay I will be happier. It does not have a hot tub as the page says. The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled like stale refrigerator. We booked it specifically for the hot tub so when there wasn’t one I asked them to cancel our stay and refund it. Nikki said they are going to so we shall see.'
