'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these.
The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'The main feature of this property is the exquisite view of Mount Fuji and the privacy and serenity of very limited access. That said, the staff are warm and very attentive. The food was excellent and delightfully prepared and presented. The communal bath (which is by reservation) is architecturally interesting and offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Our two days here may have been the quiet highlight of our trip to Japan. '

'We booked this place expecting a nice glamping getaway, but we checked out immediately after seeing the conditions. The whole resort felt like an abandoned ghost town. While our specific tent was in better shape than some others, the surrounding tents were completely shredded and falling apart, creating a very depressing and neglected atmosphere.
The smell inside the tent was unbearable—a mix of dampness and lack of ventilation. Hygiene was non-existent: we found hair in the toilet and stains...
