'Super convenient to everything and beautiful views. '

'A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door '

'Wow. This studio had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Key West. Very well appointed. There were big thirsty beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel set, and even a beach hat. Plus the use of bikes. The mini kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked with quality appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. to make and serve meals. This was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. Ken is a wonderful host. 10/10. We’d stay here again in a heart beat! '

'It was the perfect place for my husband and I. The host was amazing. We had questions that he answered right away. After booking the place our return flight got canceled so we had to shorten our trip. The host went out of his way to help us with that. He also called to make sure everything was going good and that we didn’t need anything. I would definitely recommend his place. '

'Overall, our family weekend getaway was nice. (Not the best weather, but nothing anyone can do about that.) The view was fabulous—a must in my beach trips. The location was perfect. The building itself was further down from all the hullabaloo which we were grateful for. Super easy and quick to get to the pool and the beach (another must). 'The perfect weekend getaway!! Great location to center of town. This cozy carriage house had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Just a short walk or bike ride to town square. Pool within steps of the front door and beach access one block away. This was our first time to Rosemary Beach and we were so impressed we have already said we will be back for sure. We felt so lucky to have found this absolute gem of a place to stay. '
