'What a little treasure this cottage is! Amazing views of the mountains and lake with great water access. 'The property is not maintained outside. Safety concerns for sure. Huge hole leading into dock. Sock needs to be power washed due to buildup it’s very slippery. Bricks, stones, 2x4s randomly placed trip hazards everywhere. Lawned not mowed. Trash wasn’t picked up from previous renters . Inside ok for a DIY, table unstable, plywood bench, bed support broken. There more but that says a lot'

'Property owner was responsive to questions. Property was even better than pictures show. Be aware though of steep walk to the lake (which was known to us). Elderly and young children probably won't make it. But we got used to it and offers a nice, short exercise. Plenty of stocked firewood for a campfire and s'mores. Great stay!'

'The location was close to town, but still had privacy. Had a beautiful view in the back. The sofa was not clean and the comforter on the bed had stains underneath. I went to the store and purchased my own sheets and blankets and a sheet to put on the couch. Hair was on all 3 of the barstools. Everything else was clean, but I was not happy with the sofa and linens.'

'Our first time at SML did not disappoint. Cabin was comfortable for the 3 of us and our pup. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy them on the deck.
