There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. 'The associates Miyaco and Naoki were excellent, they help us a lot, they wrote messages and instructions for the taxi drivers in their language, Japanese, they gave us information about places to visit, they wrote introductions in English and Japanese to ride the subway and hoe to exit the train stations, wlich are huge and confusing to exit, it was a great service, they are great'
'Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. 'To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. '
