'Right next to the train station and perfectly in between Shibuya and Shinjuku! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, and all the food/drinks in the downstairs cafe were delicious! Bathrooms and shared spaces were cleaned often and well up-kept. We made lots of cool friends here and overall had a 10/10 experience.'

'The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. '

'Owner communicated really well which made the stay a lot more easier. Cool little apartment and definitely worth it for the price. Walls are a little thin, but we had really respectable neighbors, so there was little to no noise. Mattresses are a little thin, but then again it didn’t really bother me or my friends. There was also a cool little food street not to far from it and had a lot of good food, especially Trete which was a pasta place. Overall had a really enjoyable time, would stay here...

'We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. 'This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
