' Check-in was not a pleasant experience. Three people on staff and not one smiled or greeted the guests like they were happy to have them(us) staying with them. Bathroom had a lighted mirror that did NOT work with no other light in the room. No toiletries except one tiny bar of soap. No hangers at all. No trash cans or wastebaskets. Very dirty hallways with large debris that lay there the whole length of our stay. Would NOT advise staying here. '

'We didn't get a very good look at the ocean from our 16th floor room BUT that was due to MAJOR lingering FOG. My only complaint about the room is that it was equipped for 4 people/ 2 queen beds. There is NO room for 4 people, barely enough for 2, and that was with us constantly stwpping aside to let the other person by. I washed dishes sitting on the side of the bed. You have to side step to get to the itty bitty closet. I was not aware of 316 feet (room size) until I stayed here. We won't be...
