'We booked an ocean side room via Expedia 7 weeks prior to checking in. Expedia provided an itinerary and the bill was paid in full. We even received confirmation from Expedia. Upon Check In after six-hour drive, we were told the room we expected was not available. Litchfield Resort said our reservation had been changed to a lake side villa (.5 miles from the beach) due to availability.
