The property doesn’t look like anything special, the steps to the upstairs apartment are narrow and steep, but the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very supportive, and we slept great! The location is on a very quiet street. We didn’t see or hear the downstairs tenets. We liked the privacy.'

'Location location location! Van Andel is right across the street and great places to eat and drink with 1/4 mile walk. With Bob next door, the noise could be an issue on weekend nights depending on floor you are on.'

'My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. All of the codes that were given to us by the property manager actually worked and we had no trouble getting in either the building or our room. The room was a two bedroom...

This property comfortably slept my party of 14 without issues. My daughters still talk about how they "Got to stay in a castle". Full marks from me.
