"Great hotel, very clean, nice people, rooms are normal size. Everything available. Nearby station. Food more Japan food then Western food as breakfast. You can have coffee the whole day. Smoking room available and money change machine. "

The room super clean, spacious and well equiped. The personnel super friendly! The inhouse luggage forwarding service fantastic! And the price super reasonable! I am sorry i didnt book more nights here for my family… I warmly recommend this place!!!"
"Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Lossen direct verzoeken of evt klachten zeer snel op. Hotelkamer zeer schoon en goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de airco niet eens aan hoeft te zetten in de nacht in hartje zomer. Enige minpunt was dat de kussens van het bed niet echt comfortabel was.

"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
"Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out."

"Akihabara station is as if you just came from a concert, not being the only one busy. But no one rushes, nor bumps into you. It is about a 10-15 minute walk but the Tourist hotel? So quiet. Personel speaks very good English and very helpfull. I would visit them again"
