'Beautiful location, beautiful loft. Great communication and easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.'

'Clean and conveniently located. Cute details. Sofa bed was not comfy though.'

'Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing.'

'Property and amenities are as described in the listing, no qualms about it. A very sweet location in the middle of the trees.A heads up that there is a lot of Christian decor in the house and the hosts also leave an evangelical Christian pamphlet with the check in binder. Evangelism coming from a rental app is inappropriate and weird behavior for many people, myself and my group included. If we were interested in seeking out a specific religion, we would have done so through some avenue that...

'Bed was comfortable and check-in went smoothly, no fuss at all.'

'Needed a simple stopover spot. The shower worked well and parking was free right outside.'

'Bed slept well and check-out was quick. Shower worked fine with decent water pressure too.'

'Extremely comfortable and beautiful place to stay! So perfect for a trip to the Yuba!'

'We had a great time staying with Jesse! The location is prime and has a great view of the town. The room is stocked with the essentials and was perfectly clean. I would love to come back again!'

'The room was very clean and as described. Unfortunately, after a late night out, I was woken up by a series of three calls from the front desk just after 7 AM on Saturday morning, informing me there was a double booking under my name, and to please contact the platform I used to book the room right away to cancel the duplicate booking. After more than 90 minutes on the phone with a half dozen representatives, I was told the matter was handled. I found the whole experience very inconsiderate,...

'Quick stopover worked well, air conditioning was refreshing after being outdoors all day.'

'Parking close by made things straightforward. Having both a fridge and microwave in my room proved quite useful during our visit. Quiet evenings allowed good rest after busy travel days.'

'Room was smaller than expected but included a microwave, fridge, and TV so it felt complete enough for one night's stay. Bathroom was clean and functional, no extras though.'

'Communication was poor; it took hours just to receive check-in instructions. Upon arrival, the on-site manager met me outside and announced that my booked unit didn't have AC, switching me to a different one. While clean, this substitute unit lacked basic amenities: it had no bathroom sink and no full kitchen (only a microwave and mini-fridge). I had to brush my teeth and shave at the kitchen sink, even moving a mirrored picture from the bathroom just to see myself. Additionally, the TV didn't...

'Spotless clean, nice arrangement with practicality. Great bed and bedding Excellent communication.'

'Host communicated quickly and was flexible. Place was clean and well stocked w amenities for the evening '

'The property was so cozy comfortable and clean, we loved our small area and the host does an amazing job at putting things that you probably could've missed while packing. The wifi was really good and having the TV to stream while winding down from our day out was great. I would 100% book with them again!'
