Although not in the caves itself it only took a few minutes walk to get to them. But the best part of the experience was the staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay there perfect. '

'An experience! Beautiful, clean, and unique room. Central location in Matera. The owner was easy to reach by phone, which was greatly appreciated. The only (minor) downside was that parking wasn’t available nearby. Would definitely recommend to others.'

'We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. '

'Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, clear information given at checkin and Giorgia helped us to arrange a taxi when we left. The breakfast was very restrictive, a voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a nearby bar and they wouldn't even let my friend (who doesn't drink coffee) have a tea instead. A water dispenser so we don't have to keep using plastic bottles would be better.'
