I’ve stopped here for 1 night on my way to the White Mountains for skiing and from the first contact until checkout, this was how you as a customer want to be treated. Professional, informative and to the point. The rooms were ready, updated and comfortable - including a great bed which always makes it the cherry on top. 'The hotel is beautiful and the lobby, pantry, restaurant are all very lovely. Staff is amazing, very helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was a treat. The continental selection is limited (no cheese or ham) but the hot breakfast was outstanding. The rooms are a bit older and the floors in the room were a bit odd (slanted) but overall we had a great stay and the little snacks provided in the pantry certainly was an unexpected bonus.

'Het huisje was leuk ingericht maar vooral de vloer was ontzettend vies. We hoorden later dat dit komt omdat er ook honden in het huisje mogen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er wel meteen schoongemaakt met heel veel chloor. Het huisje is erg klein maar wel knus, geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Het keukentje heeft geen gootsteen of toaster. De badkamer heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. De badkraan hing half los en het bad heeft veel schade. '

"What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door.
We received a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but luckily a room was already available. It was great that they were so accommodating.
The souvenir selection was a nice touch!
There are plenty of dining options nearby.
Mt. Washington is easily accessible from the motel. We had planned to take the train up to the Mount Washington Observatory Deck, which was a fantastic experience.
We truly enjoyed our stay here!

It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make his order. We simply didn’t see any staff for 30 minutes at all. The food was average to be honest. I had their signature burger which was very dry and tough to swallow. The fries very salty. Not great, not bad. Dessert was good on the other hand. There was a mixup with the bill (we got it from another table) so had to walk to the counter. Honest mistake and was solved quickly and friendly. Next morning we decided to checkout first and then stay for brunch. There was nobody at the counter and there was a sign to simply drop the keys so we did. We went over to the breakfast/dinner area. We ordered drinks first which again took a long time time to arrive. You could tell she’d forgot because when she returned to take our food order she noticed we hadn’t received our drinks. The food was okay, and not expensive. I received our invoice during breakfast which stated a weird charge so had to go to the counter to sort that out. It was yet another mistake. Staff is friendly yet many mistakes. "
