'Hotel dicht bij vliegveld, handig bij aankomst laat op vliegveld Toronto. Shuttle tussen hotel en vliegveld aanwezig. Staat van hotel is wat minder dan verwacht maar prima voor 1 overnachting. Vriendelijk personeel, stil en rustig.'

'This is a dorm of Seneca polytechnic. Rooms are not fancy, but well maintained and clean. I gave 4 stars only because carpet in the whole building smells a little bit like any old carpet and parking garage in 2 minutes from the building, which is not convenient in rainy weather.'

'Proper airport shuttle, nice and helpful staff, neat rooms. Only small thing is that the airco made more noise than normal at night. Even without heat outside, rooms can be warm. But overall, lotta quality for a decent price! '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'The property seems to be properly maintained and the room was very clean. Breakfast was not included, but there is a Bistro in the lobby that serves good breakfast and sandwiches etc in the evening. There is plenty of parking, but it can be difficult to exit the parking lot sometimes due to heavy traffic.'
