'They helped me keep ice packs frozen in a freezer in the kitchen. The tv played all stations. Clean rooms and quiet. So much better than other motels I’ve stayed at in Woodland.'

'The walls are like cardboard and the noise next door was so bad, tried earplugs, tried calling the front desk, put my clothes on at 1 AM to go to the front desk, but nothing was done. It was a nightmare. Finally with banging on the wall and very frustrated the noise finally stopped at 2:45 AM. I wanted to change room and the person on the desk the next afternoon could not mae that happen for I don't know how many reasons. The second night the noise started 12:45 AM until 4 ;15. Same thing,...

'Clean and spacious room, sofa/ trundle bed offered more space, microwave and refrigerator were pluses, comfortable bed, conveniently located near the freeway, concert venue, restaurants, mall, friendly and helpful staff, good selection at breakfast, lots of parking spaces, though it can be a good walk away if the place is packed'

'The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and awesome! Officially this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn! Thanks, Holiday Inn staff for being so awesome :)'
