'No housekeeping service and when requested they just piled some towels on the unmade bed.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower.
