'Excellent service from driving up to reception until leaving.'

'The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs.
