'The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay.'

'Liked the direct access to the Coliseum. Could be better directions to the reception. The drop off and pick up ubers both had trouble finding reception.'

'The room had a lovely double , lounge 2 arm chairs etc. And every thing for breakfast. The staff were friendly . I will go back anytime .'

'Excellent service from driving up to reception until leaving.'

'I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. However, in this case it felt like some areas were not just old, but simply in need of better maintenance. For example, the grout and finishing in the bathroom were quite worn. 'The only issue was the neighbouring residents bordering the property (I don’t know which neighbour) had a dog that barked nonstop into the night and I’m not complaining about the dog, I’m complaining about the dog’s human who didn’t seem to be attending to the dog’s needs. 'Super accommodatie, ruime schone kamers en badkamer. Vlotte receptie en denken in oplossingen!. Rooftop bar en zwembad zijn fantastisch. Het hotel ligt midden in het hart van de stad, maar aan de achterkant ben je ook zo weer aan de rand, waar je weer een prachtige rivier met park hebt.. zeker als je van sportief houd is dit een mooie plek om te gaan wandelen, joggen, etc.. Zeker een topper in het assortiment '

'Clean and warm. Close to a few fast food outlets. Easy access to the motorway'

'absolutely unforgettable experience! This hotel was truly incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had entered another world. The beautiful racetrack, the amazing rooms, the breathtaking views, the unique equestrian theme, and the opportunity to see the horses and visit the stables made my stay something truly magical. Everything about this place is special. It is much more than a hotel; it is an experience I will remember forever. My sincere congratulations to everyone who created...
