We also thought the hosts had gone above and beyond in making this a great place to stay-- all the appliances are new, there's a great binder with information about the area, and we loved the coffee and tea selection. 'Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short...

'Very clean and tidy in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The house itself in adorable and the furnishings are very fresh and comfy. The only thing I would suggest in the future in window air conditioning units. Vermont is just getting hotter than usual. My family stayed here while visiting me and were very pleased with their stay. '
