'I could tell the room had not been vacuumed in quite a while, and there were a hair or two in the shower. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds but actually had 1 queen and 1 full size I believe. One bed was smaller than the other.
Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good, and stocked well and the staff were helpful.'

'On the Expedia website it lists this property having shuttle service to downtown Nashville and airport shuttle which the hotel does not provide. They have no shuttle at all so if you're needing this accommodation choose another hotel. When asking the hotel they acknowledge it states that on the site but basically did nothing or even help with alternatives or compensate for false advertisement. The breakfast is ok but potatoes each day were mostly hard, eggs dried out, and food needed heated up...

'Great staff, friendly and helpful, in addition to a lovely room set up. Very clean and wonderful breakfast every morning. We visited on a time change, so the free coffee in the lobby all day was marvelous. The location wasn't scenic, but was wonderful for shopping, movies and eateries. Very close to the highway, so traveling was convenient and also close to parks and serenity. I'll be back!'

'Rooms need some TLC. Walk across floor barefoot and you need to wipe black crap off bottom of feet. No parking. Hotel allows locals to stay, leaving cars in their lot while they get shuttle to the airport for flights out and picked up when returning to get their car. No parking spots for staying guests traveling through Nashville. Desk staff could have cared less about travelers checking in unless you were African American then you were greeted with a smile. 'We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of options -- my wife is gluten free and she found plenty to eat including oatmeal, though was the same both days and I imagine it could get old if you stay several days. Only issue was they had a sign for sourdough bread but it wasn't actually sourdough. The person we spoke to said she kept hiding the sign but others kept putting it out.

'We were "Very Happy" with our choice to stay at this hotel after a 13 hour drive from Southwest Florida.
Our room was very clean, updated, a very comfortable bed, and perfect room temperature. It was set at a perfect sleeping temperature. The bath room towels were all fluffy and seemed very new, which we don't always see in hotel rooms. We didn't have to adjust the AC at all.
