When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Property apperantly was "renovated", but seemed still under renovation. You could almost taste the paint in the room. Perhaps it would've been better to accept to have one night without guests after painting during renovations instead of trying to fill up the motel anyhow. "
