'Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. 'Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.'
