'Our biggest issue with the property is that it’s listed as “private” but it isn’t private at all. So I’m not sure if that’s on VRBO or the owner. The rental is a basement that has been turned into a small apartment. The only thing separating the stairwell to the main floor are small garbage cans set in front of the stairs. 'We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level.'

She responded within a few minutes to explain the process and set my mind at ease. My family of six was more than comfortable in the home, the heat worked quickly and great.
