Extending over 1,000m², the villa is set just outside Panzano, overlooking vineyard and olive grove carpeted slopes, and within easy reach of Greve in Chianti and the art-filled cities of Siena and Florence.



Outside, the magnificent garden offers everything you’d expect from a large Tuscan estate. Glorious views from expansive furnished terraces, a lovely secluded pool area, hideaway lavender-scented nooks and crannies, and a magnificent main terrace for those special alfresco meals. A luxurious indoor wellness area, with a large jacuzzi, sauna and massage room, is an added highlight.



The property sleeps up to 38 people, with one main villa for 26 people and 3 additional annexes, each sleeping 4. A wealth of original features, including terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and antique furniture, set the tone, but the villa is also very well equipped for catering for large groups, with a professional kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable living rooms on the ground and first floors.

All bedrooms in the main villa have a flat-screen TV and are traditionally furnished with antique wooden wardrobes and bedside tables. Some have armchairs, occasional tables and French windows out to the main terrace. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

• Tuscany is much quieter during the months of May, June, September and October but is certainly as beautiful in spring and autumn as it is in the summer months.

• Autumn is also a great time to experience the best of Tuscany’s gastronomy. Sample the very best of the region’s food and wine at local markets and festivals celebrating everything from mushrooms to chestnuts, wine and truffles.

• Set aside a morning or afternoon for a wine and olive oil tasting. Tuscany is home to some of the world’s most famous wines, and there are numerous wine-tasting options in and around Greve in Chianti.

• Although less than 1km from the centre of Panzano, we recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the region fully.
