This Tuscan poolside getaway is strategically positioned between Greve in Chianti and Panzano, a few steps away from the Conca d’Oro, considered the pearl of Chianti, located perfectly for those looking to explore Tuscany's major cultural attractions.

Our Chianti Luxury Villa can be found just a few kilometers from the charming cities of Florence and Siena. Villa Tuscan Resort offers a splendid garden, an exclusive pool with a sunbathing and solarium area with comfortable loungers, a wellness area with hydromassage tub, spa and sauce, as well as a large and spacious outdoor dining area perfect for Al Fresco dining, WiFi, and air conditioning. Guests will also have access to on-site assistance and reception service 24/7 and daily cleaning of the rooms.



The Space

Unique in its size and location, this Chianti farmhouse rental is equipped with all the comforts to offer an exclusive stay and represents the ideal location to relax in one of the most fascinating landscapes in Italy as well as a great base for day trips and excursions to explore the most beautiful cities of Tuscany.

From the private driveway, it’s possible to access the property which consists of the Main Villa which features a large living room, kitchen, dining area, spa and sauce, 7 hydromassage tub and 12 bedrooms and the old renovated barn which includes 3 apartments, each featuring a double bedrooms and living room with sofa bed and kitchenette.

From the entrance of the property, you step directly into the main living area with access to various terraces consisting of sofas, armchairs, television and desk area with seating. You can also reach the 12 bedrooms from here, 5 of which are located on the lower floor and 7 on the upper floor level.

The Villa consists of 13 bathrooms, all complete with a toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit and 1 service bathroom. The dining area is accessible, boasting a professional kitchen and tables and seats for up to 40 people. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a work island, 6-burner gas hob, double oven, large fridge with freezer, meat slicker, microwave, electric and gas oven, dishwasher, two sinks and coffee machine. (Espresso, American and Cappuccino).

From the dining area and the external terrace, it’s possible to access the internal swimming pool with cervical/lumbar hydromassage tab, chromotherapy and infrared sauna. The second unit, consists of 3 renovated apartments and part of an old barn, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 beds.

Apartments 1 and 2 also have the option to be combined into one single unit through an internal door that connects them.

Outside it’s possible to take advantage of a car park for the exclusive use of guests, where up to 40 cars can be parked. One of the strong points of this property is the exterior which enjoys numerous areas, terraces and equipped gardens where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Chianti hills.



The outside patio area also features a wonderful outdoor kitchen equipped with tables and seats where you can dine outdoors. Continuing towards the valley, you will find the solarium area with a 12 x 4 mt swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas available from 1 April to 31 October.



The property also consists of a vineyard that extends into the valley and a path that leads into the villa's private woods.

• From the Villa it’s possible to enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, immersing guests in the beauty of that surroundings

• It’s possible to organise events upon request and subject to authorisation from the property

• The Villa is also fully equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, inside the property it’s possible to use the Wi-Fi throughout for free.

• Private parking available for guests.

• External catering and private chefs are not permitted without prior authorization from the property, unless an exception is granted for an additional fee.



Guest Access

During your stay you will have access to the entire villa. Our beautiful Tuscan Villa is a 1000m2 property part of a 100,000m2 estate and is the ideal solution for large groups, up to 40 people. The Villa Tuscan Resort can be reached by car and has private parking.



Cancellation Terms

To confirm your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking which is non refundable. You must pay the balance at least 60 days before the check in date of your stay. If you cancel from 60 to 1 day before your check in, you will lose everything paid including the deposit.



Damages and Additional Expenses

You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.



Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st April - 31st October.



Spa

The Spa facilities are always open and available to use.



Internet

The Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Waste

Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.



Daily Cleaning Service

Every day the maid is available to guests for 6 hours to clean the rooms and living room.

• Change of towels every two days

• Final cleaning for each stay included



Parking

Private parking is available on site.
