'Lovely home. Easily accommodated our family of 16. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Nice 5 minute walk to the river. Beware - A bear did break into our truck. A bear paw print (picture attached) was noted on the truck near the door handle, and a flip flop left by the front door was found inside the truck. No damage inside, as there was nothing inside the truck. '

'We’re from Los Angeles and didn’t know much about Placerville before our visit, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of activities nearby, and we enjoyed every single one. The house was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly. It was also conveniently close to downtown and local attractions.The only thing the house needs is a better WiFi. It’s super slow during our stay.'

'This place was great! I loved that there is access to a recreation center with a pool, games, basketball court, and small playground just 2 miles away. It’s great for kids. The cabin was comfortable, loved that there is AC and heat. The driveway may be a little steep but not necessarily a negative. I loved that there was a loft with 4 twin size beds, games, air hockey, and tv lounge area. The area feels peaceful; however, you’re not too isolated. I would and plan on staying here again! '

'We stayed here for a long weekend, a group of girls from our family. Games, cooking, baking, puzzles, laughs, so much wonderful time together. The home offered so many spaces to be together but also to break apart into small groups or have alone time. Plenty of sleeping space. AC worked amazing. Kitchen super updated and so large! Deck table was fun to hang out at. Near town and grocery - loved going to Placerville downtown for a few hours and also Blue Barn Provisions - both close to home....
