When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for dinner and later found out the chef left and they were closing the restaurant for the rest of the year. 'I can find anything wrong with the hotel. The way they operate was flawless. The staffs Carla and Isabel were the best of their kind. Breakfast is awesome and did I mention the dinner on the terrace. Fantastic!! The location is the greatest. Just beside the Basilica of St Francis of Assisi. 'We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable.
