'Staff is so rude and their excuse was “well I’m from Spain”😂😂 first Spaniard I met to use their background as an excuse for their behaviour. After I repeated to ask the staff to be kind she turned around laughing and saying things under her breath. I am paying you for my stay and the audacity these staff members have was wild to me. Absolutely no excuse for their behaviour. Highly don’t recommend'

'The hotel is incredibly close to the main attraction however it is very basic. it is clean and has decent food for purchase, shower pressure is 1/10 the sink has more flow. i used a cup to splash myself from the sink to the shower just to get the soap off my body. I did not dare to wash my hair. I ended up checking out early and driving to the city for a hot shower.'
