'I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome...

'Staff is very unprofessional — they changed our room, but took them ages to give us keys for the new room. We were not waiting to change after unpackinh everything.'

'I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.'

'The hotel is incredibly close to the main attraction however it is very basic. it is clean and has decent food for purchase, shower pressure is 1/10 the sink has more flow. i used a cup to splash myself from the sink to the shower just to get the soap off my body. I did not dare to wash my hair. I ended up checking out early and driving to the city for a hot shower.'
