'Place was located minutes walking distance from downtown. Bars and restaurants nearby. We loved we caught the volcano a little active at night.'

'Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

'There are some great aspects of this property. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, the home is beautifully designed, and the views of active volcanic eruptions from the bedroom were incredible.However, there were several significant issues:- Undisclosed cameras were installed in the pool/hot tub area and not mentioned anywhere in the listing or property materials, which raised privacy concerns.- We were also informed that someone would enter the backyard twice daily for pool...

'We felt so held in this gorgeous home that felt very cozy and comfy considering it was also a gallery of stunning Guatemalan art with breathtaking garden and grounds. We woke to a choir of birds and were given privacy to do deep spiritual work and could pray by the Lake each sunrise on a small beach. Hosts were accommodating and responsive and local staff was lovely!!! would love to come back some day ❤️🙏🔥'

'This property was amazing. It was beautiful, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and a wonderful roof to relax on. The kitchen was fully equipped. The home was clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. Most importantly, the host was very warm and welcoming, and easy to work with and communicate with. We loved it and will consider this home first before hotels and other homes in Antigua. We cannot recommend this home enough!! 5 stars for every category!! '
