'My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. 'Mooie cottage, vriendelijke verhuurder. We hebben genoten van de rust en natuur. Binnen een uurtje met de trein in London en met de auto in een uur in bijvoorbeeld Brighton of Sevenoaks. Lekker buiten zitten onder de sterrenhemel, af en toe wat leuke diertjes langs. Kortom wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.'

'We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience '
