'Check in was a little difficult. Did not receive lock code until late evening. Had to contact VRBO twice the day of to get lock code from host. Other than that the stay was great. Perfect for one person or a couple. Comfy and quiet. The AC works great. It’s like a private hotel room with a small yard and bbq grill. Worked out perfect for me. I would stay again. '

'I was so happy with this condo, it was perfect in every way and couldn’t have been better in the few days I spent there. It was clean, which is very important to me, it was in a perfect location, the gulf in front, ocean behind. 'Wonderful stay! Perfect for just me and my husband. We enjoyed the peaceful location and beautiful waterfront view. Only downside was the bed. Wasn't terribly comfortable. Also, we could not find the trash chute that the instructions said there was by the elevator. Otherwise, everything was very nice.'

'Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay. '

'I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area.'
