'We were looking for a rental that would allow us to have a Private Beach experience. We were very impressed with the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

'Every time I visit PCOLA, I immediately see if this rental is available first. It’s like my home away from home. Great location to thoroughly enjoy the numerous downtown activities, shops, dining, nightlife. And a super easy drive to the beach!'

'The listing says its is a 2nd floor property it is not the unit is on the bottom floor so this made check in very confusing as the code to get in the unit was the same as the 2nd floor unit. Also the floors are paper thin we could hear every move upstairs.'

'This was the perfect place to stay, as every little detail was covered! From kpods and coffee creamer to a toothbrush and shaving cream in case you forgot. She even welcomed us with wine, snacks and a sweet note. The bedroom has a “charging station” with chargers for any type cell phone. Very clean and nicely decorated too!'

'I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! '
