'We’re giving this place 3 stars. Only ‘3 stars’ due to the location, it’s in the heart of Victoria. Close to restaurants, shopping boutiques & seaside strolls. This VRBO did lack the coziness, warmth and charm that it could easily offer being on the west coast. It was basically is a place to bed down, that said, the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. "Great hotel. I stayed there for 5 nights while attending a conference. The conference centre is less than a 5 minutes walk. My room had a separate bedroom, a 2nd bed in the living room, a kitchenette and couch. The balcony wasn't very useful to me, but it was nice to be able to open the sliding door to have fresh air. The room was quite humid, but the dehumidifier in the room took care of that nicely. I would have preferred no 2nd bed and a larger table, but I understand the flexibility of it for other travelers. Bathroom was fine as well with a step in tub/shower. Although they have a sign for responsible use of towels the cleaners changed my towels every day. Great stay!"

"One of the best hotels i stayed in in a long time. Besides the luxereous appearance it is the small things that makenthe difference, multiple cleaning per day, good bed, great shower, best soaps, coffee, thea, everything is spot on and you actually get service as expected."
