'Let’s start with a positive, the location is literally a two minute walk to the beach and Deerfield Beach is a beautiful and clean beach, unlike this property. There are literally piles of trash in the back “green space”, it doesn’t get better inside, spider webs, ants, palmetto bugs (a polite Florida term for cockroaches), stained bleach towels and I could go on but won’t. The most disappointing, believe it or not is while we had hot water in the kitchen sink and bath, THERE IS NO HOT WATER...

'The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. It's perfect for one or two people to staycomfortably. The outdoor space is amazing. I had my own private fenced yard area with a covered dining table. There was an outdoor tv and lighting if you want to sit outside in the evening. The best part is is that it's about a 2 minute walk to the beach.'

'Easily the worst stay I have had. Just be aware that this is not a building in good shape. One is that the building is deteriorated enough that the floors all slant one towards one wall. We just used the place at night to try to sleep, but that didn’t go well either! But I felt that I was on a boat and my balance was off all the time. My son slipped on the floor in the bathroom and was pretty sure that the floor was leaning downhill. There are a lot of issues and concerns when staying here...
