'Very cute and cozy! Loved our stay here. Room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was great and we enjoyed a bonfire and a quiet nights sleep.'

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'Towels were terribly stained--what most of us would use as cleaning rags. I asked for cleaner towels, received them, but when housekeeping came in the second day of my stay, they replaced them with stained towels. Also, the floor was not cleaned thoroughly, sticky in places. And the room smelled of sweat when I arrived. Bed and bed linens were fine, air conditioning unit quiet.'

'Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.'

'There were a ton of homeless people outside the building, but the security measures were very strong and the facilities were extremely clean and safe. The parking was additional which was frustrating. Otherwise the staff and amenities were stellar.'

'My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.'

'Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum.'

'Loved this hotel, beautiful room. Lobby bar was so cozy and staff was friendly and attentive. Great pool, spa and restaurant options. I’ll definitely be back here.'
