'Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market.'

'Het is een net hotel met goede en nette kamers. Wifi in het hele hotel, ruime kamers en goede douche. Wat ons wel tegen viel was het ontbijt. We hadden juist ibis gekozen omdat die normaal goed westers ontbijt hebben, maar dat viel hier erg tegen. De ligging van het hotel is perfect omdat het naast een metrostation ligt en je zo snel en goedkoop in het centrum bent. Maar de omgeving van het hotel is niks, het ligt bij een winkelcentrum dat nog helemaal leeg staat.'

'There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place '

'3/ 3.5 star hotel with 1 star hotel-amenities; 1 soap bar, 1 shower cap 2 mini bath products. Towels were too old, no refilling toilet paper. The bathroom was clean but the carpet floor in the room was very dirty. Executive room was very spacious and location is great. Reception was neither friendly nor unfriendly. Hotel porter does not do much, whether it concerns bags or opening doors. A1 location though and that's the only plus about this place.'
